Gabriel (gabe) Lozano , also known as Citadel, is member of Duncan Crew World-Wide. In addition, Lozano is the founder of the website Sector Y which hosts many yo-yo videos and is a great place for beginners to learn new tricks. Lozano is also the creator of the yo-yo tricks Shockwave and Flow Break.
